Landfill Services

Founded in 1976 with a primary focus on geotechnical engineering, drilling and construction testing services, CTI has grown into a full-service Environmental, Engineering, and Construction firm with a staff of nearly 100 professionals in eight locations throughout the Midwestern / Southeastern US.  Our past experience includes thousands of environmental, engineering and construction projects with a demonstrated track record of providing clients with creative, cost-effective solutions to complex environmental and engineering problems.

Our licensed staff includes Professional Engineers, Geologists, Hydrogeologists, and Construction Managers, many of whom hold PhD’s and/or advanced degrees in one or more Engineering discipline.  Additionally, many staff members hold specialized training and certifications such as LEED, CHMM, and CPG.

In response to client needs, CTI has successfully expanded its service offering and markets served. In addition to commercial and municipal clients, the Small Business Administration 8(a) / SDB program has enabled CTI to contract on Federal projects throughout the Midwestern United States.  Likewise, minority business certifications at the state and local level including Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) and Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) have aided CTI in servicing state and municipal clients in a cost-effective, efficient manner.
