Job Title Project Controls Analyst
Description This position will work with the Project team and be responsible for resource planning, Client Resource management CRM, cost data collection, analysis, and reporting to support all engineering and construction programs using Deltek Vision accounting software. Responsibilities • Schedule and host cross-functional team meetings to collect and review information. • Develop tools and templates to facilitate progress tracking of new programs. Provide training in-person and using web-based conferencing tools. • Publish weekly and monthly report packages for a variety of audiences day-to-day at the Executive level • Assume ad-hoc project reporting and research assignments as requested. • Provide oversight of accounting staff as needed in Controller’s absence Qualifications • Ability to work independently as well as on a team • Strong problem-solving skills to translate reporting requirements into meaningful data collection reporting procedure. • Excellent verbal written communication skills to interpret data anomalies and trends, document processes, and provide training • Past experience in schedule-driven, highly dynamic environment and in meeting strict weekly reporting deadlines • Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to prioritize effectively • Project management training and skills including scope development, schedule management, cost controls, risk management, project communications Education Experience Requirements • Must have BS degree and 5+ years of experience in project controlsaccounting • Must be proficient in Deltek Vision and MS Office specifically Excel and Project. • Willing to travel on project basis as needed 5 - 25.
