CTI is pleased to offer not only on-site inspection and field services, but to own and operate an accredited American Association of State Highway Transportation Officials (AASHTO) Material Reference Laboratory (AMRL) and a validated laboratory with the US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) for various ASTM standards for soils, aggregate, concrete and asphalt.

Our experienced inspectors and field staff will provide on -site inspection and materials testing services and ensure the right materials are being used and installed properly, thereby helping to eliminate costly rework and ensuring long-term functionality.  Our technicians are trained extensively and certified to ensure strict adherence to project specifications.

We are pleased to specialize in the following material testing field services:  deep and shallow foundation systems; dewatering operations; bituminous asphalt; Portland cement concrete; masonry; building enclosures including curtain wall & EIFS systems; roofing; soils and aggregate; structural steel; and landfill construction monitoring.

In addition to our field services, our fully equipped soil and materials testing laboratory can complete a full range of testing generally required for permitting, design, and construction compliance monitoring for commercial or industrial and municipal solid waste facilities.
