Inspection and On-Site Testing Services
A commonly used factor used to estimate the cost of re-work on a construction project is 3 to 5 times the cost of the initial work, not to mention schedule impacts. Therefore, it is critical to ensure that the work is installed properly the first time. CTI also offers our clients on-site inspection and materials testing services to verify that the right materials are being used and that they are installed properly. Our inspection and material testing technicians are certified by ASTM, ACI, and MDOT professionals, and have the experience to ensure strict adherence to project specifications, or to assist in evaluating site conditions. CTI provides highly responsive, comprehensive and accurate results when you need them, wherever you need them.
